This is the most important of all and it exists mostly in the developed nations. It is also known as the service industry.

This duly and highly qualified parties conduct all the procedures involved from feasibility studies and market analysis to drawing up reports and conclusions. They also give appropriate recommendations.

Local industries especially those that are young are prone to unfair competition from those international or multinational firms and other stronger or existing ones. This results into severe economic effects such as closures, unemployment, loss of income etc. In order to control these harsh and adverse outcomes, marketing comes into play.

There are many Internet marketing companies and individuals worldwide. These experts also offer additional services such as advising the entrepreneurs on what to do to gain market share. They also provide pathways for new opportunities for new and developing firms.

Local business marketing enables them to apply corrective measures. This in turn tilts their weight towards success and healthier survival. It should thus be incorporated in the agendas of all the businesses.
